EARLY-AGE HIGH RESISTANCE CONCRETE
Early age
high resistance concretes develop their project resistance
in 24, 48 or 72 hours, depending on the case.
● Projects with a short
delivery-time
● Projects in which the
wall-ties and forms are scarce or the cost is very high.
● Floors and pavements that
need to be used immediately.
● Precast concrete elements.
The use of this type of concretes represents a reduction in
project completion time, time wastes and project advancement
time.
● Optimizes the use of
wall-ties, shortens the setting time for slabs.
● Resistance ranging from 200
to 600 Kg/cm²
● High level of shrinkage
(settling).
● High level of cohesion while
fresh.
● Low permeability.
● Maximum aggregate size: 20mm.
● Meets the requirements
established in Norms NMX-C-155 and NMX-C-403 of the
Complementary Technical Norms of the
G.D.F.
