PLASTER

Is the product resulting form the total or partial dehydration of pumice stone.

This stone is ground, taken into a spinning oven and thus dehydrated, calcined and crystallized at a temperature between 400º y 500º C.

The resulting product is later cooled and reduced to powder in ball mills.

This powder is then knead with water, set and quickly hardened (plaster mortar).
