ANTI-RUST CONCRETE

Anti-rust concrete prevents the attack of chlorides to the reinforced steel, preventing its oxidation, thus, prolonging the life of the concrete structures.

This type of concrete can be used: in all kinds of concrete structures located along coastal areas, docks and concrete bridges and water-treatment plants.

It is special for the setting of the concrete on desert soil, with a high content of salts since it prevents the oxidation process of steel.
● Reduces concrete permeability.
● Reduces the penetration of chemical agents on concrete.
● Reduces the carbonation process.
● Compression resistance is adapted, according to the established requirements.
● Maximum aggregate size can be of 10,20 and 40mm.
● The reached shrinkage can be of up to: 20 cm.
● Meets the requirements established in Norms NMX-C-155 and NMX-C-403 of the Complementary Technical Norms of the G.D.F.
